The northern pole of Irith is simply referred to as the Top of the World. This icy arctic wasteland is treacherous and inhospitable to life, yet there are creatures and humanoids that exist here. A few scattered tribes of people live either in the mountains or along the shores where they can fish.

All giant types are found at the Top of the World. Fire giants are rarely seen, choosing to live deep beneath the surface where it's warmer. Most will be found in mountainous areas in caves or structures they have built.

Humanoids

Humans and humanoids are scattered far and wide across the tundra. Some choose to live in the jmountains or on the coasts, where fish are plenty. The few darker denizens, such as goblins, hobgoblins, bugbears, kobolds, and the like tend to favor hilly or mountainous regions.
